- Prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- C & P Medical Trading Ltd will not be held accountable for any misuse of products.
- C & P Medical Trading Ltd shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use of these products unless we are shown to be negligent in some way.

This website, its contents, the services described, and/or supplied pursuant to, the same and these terms and the terms of any such supply shall be governed only by English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims/disputes arising in relation thereto.
If any of these provisions shall be declared invalid in whole or in part, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions and/or part shall remain in full force and effect.
Refunds
Please ensure that the number of boxes you receive corresponds to our courier delivery note as discrepancies of this nature cannot be rectified later. You must notify us of any such discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt of order.
You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods and this cancellation must be by email, telephone or letter.
Goods may only be returned within 7 days with prior consent while Veterinary Medicines may only be returned within 3 days with prior consent.
