- What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment on this site can be made by Cirrus, Delta, Maestro, MasterCard, PayPal, Solo, Switch and Visa.
We do accept cheques for telephone orders - cheques should be made payable to C & P Medical Trading Ltd - with goods despatched within 5 working days.
Banker’s drafts and postal orders should be made payable to C & P Medical Trading Ltd - with goods despatched immediately upon receipt of these methods of payment.
To make Direct Debit, BACS or CHAPS payments please contact us on 01225 707 188 for bank details. Please phone or fax to notify C & P Medical Trading Ltd that payment has been made.
If payment is in cash, goods will be despatched immediately upon receipt of a faxed credit slip.
We also offer a credit facility upon agreement - to apply please read and fill in one of our Credit Account Application Forms.
All other orders must be pre-paid.
- What if a product is not in stock?
On the occasion that one of our products is not in stock, we will notify you. We can set up a back order so the product will be despatched to you as soon as it becomes available, providing full payment has been made.
- What are your opening times?
Our office in Melksham, Wiltshire, is open 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We operate an answer machine outside office hours.
- Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. The prices displayed on our site are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate and prevailing rate.
- What are your delivery charges?
- We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £49 with a £4.99 delivery charge for orders under £49. For further details please visit our Delivery page.
- What is your returns policy?
Goods can only be returned to us with our consent. Please contact us with any concerns you have and we will arrange for your goods to be returned to us if appropriate. A credit note will be issued for any items returned or for any overpayments and this can then be redeemed against your next order with C & P Medical Trading Ltd.
Goods may only be returned within 7 days with prior consent. Veterinary Medicines may only be returned within 3 days with prior consent.
- Do you provide free samples?
