Free Delivery
Delivery is free on orders for mainland Britain and Northern Ireland excluding Islands, Highlands, the Republic of Ireland and the rest of the world. For customers outside of mainland Britain and Northern Ireland, a shipping charge will be payable but will not be charged at checkout. Instead, we will calculate your shipping charge and contact you to arrange for a separate payment.
General Notes
All orders received will be dispatched for delivery within 2-5 working days. THIS SERVICE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. For customers outside the UK, we will dispatch your delivery once payment of any additional shipping charges has been finalised.
Please note that flammable goods cannot be exported.
Saturday delivery is subject to an £18 surcharge. Please contact us if you require this service.
Please ensure that the number of boxes/pallets received correspond to our courier delivery note, as discrepancies of this nature cannot be rectified later. Any discrepancy must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order.
