Delivery is free on orders over £49. For orders under £49 a £4.99 delivery charge applies.

Northern and Southern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands

For customers outside mainland Britain and Northern Ireland, a shipping charge will be payable but not charged at checkout. Instead, we will calculate your shipping charge and contact you to arrange for a separate payment. Please note that flammable goods cannot be exported. 

Rest of the World

A shipping charge will be payable for all orders placed, but not charged at checkout. Instead, we will calculate your shipping charge and contact you to arrange a separate payment.

General Notes

Saturday delivery is subject to an £18 surcharge. Please contact us if you require this service.

All our goods are despatched for delivery within 2-3 working days after receiving cleared funds - excluding Islands, Highlands, the Republic of Ireland and the Rest of the World. However, THIS SERVICE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

Please ensure that the number of boxes you receive corresponds to our courier delivery note as discrepancies of this nature cannot be rectified later. You must notify us of any such discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt of order.

You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods and this cancellation must be by email, telephone or letter. 

Goods may only be returned within 7 days with prior consent while Veterinary Medicines may only be returned within 3 days with prior consent.
